Privacy policy

Last updated 2026-10-01 (Inyeon, the compatibility corner). This policy covers webgametube.com: the games, Shake & Talk, and the haru, LINGO4 and Bangul tools. It is run by the team behind the Nestly app. Questions: use the contact page.

Games

The games run in your browser and need no account. Settings, best results and progress are saved in your browser storage on your device; we do not receive them. When you play online with a friend (for example golf, pool, tennis, ping pong or badminton), the game sends your moves and a random player number through our relay server at linxiangcn.com (hosted in China) to the others in the same room. Map games load map and satellite images from map providers, which receive your IP address like any web request. Motion and orientation sensors (for swing or tilt controls) are read only inside your browser.

Shake & Talk - what we keep, and for how long

• Google sign-in (optional): your Google account ID, email address and first name, to connect your Nestly account and Linbi. Kept while your account exists.
• Sign-in from the Nestly app: the app passes its own login; we use your Nestly account number. Nothing else from the app is shared.
• A random number made by your browser, and your IP address: to stop abuse, block people you reported, and pause accounts after reports. Your approximate city (from the IP address) and your time zone are shown to the person you meet.
• Chat summaries (when and how long you chatted, how many messages, no text): kept 3 days, so thanks can only follow a real chat.
• Message text sent for translation: processed by Zhipu AI (China), see below. We keep translations of the same sentence in a cache on our server (no names attached).
• Reported chats: the last 20 messages of that chat, kept up to 90 days for review, then deleted. Blocks between two people are kept up to 1 year.
• Thanks and Linbi: every Linbi move is written in the Nestly ledger (same operator) and kept as an account record.
• Local tips you choose to publish: shown on public pages without your name or the chat.

Normal chats are not stored. We never receive your voice in Shake & Talk: listening (speech to text) and reading aloud are done by your browser or phone; in the Nestly app they are done by Android. Your browser or phone maker (for example Google or Apple) may process the audio under its own terms.

Inyeon - the compatibility corner in Shake & Talk

• Your birth date, birth time, birth city and chart stay on your phone (browser storage). They are never sent to our server.
• When you shake in Inyeon, your phone sends only codes worked out from them - your day stem, day and year branches, star sign, useful element and a rough element balance - plus what you chose to add (MBTI, morning or night type, time zone, foods you love or cannot eat, voice pace and pitch). The server compares two people with them and keeps them only while you are in the queue or the chat.
• The other person sees only the badges you chose to show and the scores - never your birth date or chart.
• Voice pace and pitch are measured inside your browser; the sound is never recorded or sent.
• The live talk score counts messages, laughs, questions and shared topics on your phone; the text is not kept for it.
• If you both press Save, we keep the two account codes (no names, no contacts) so that you meet first next time. Ask us to delete it through the contact page.
• A one-line reading about the pair is written by Zhipu AI (China) from element, animal and sign names only - no names, no chat text.
• Chats in Inyeon follow the Shake & Talk rules above: normal chats are not stored; reported chats are kept up to 90 days.

Traditional Four Pillars, zodiac animal and star sign readings are just for fun; they do not judge people or relationships. Scores are never used to filter people, and no ranking is published.

Translation, safety checks and AI replies

To translate chat messages, check them for abuse, and write the replies of Lingo (the AI practice partner), the text of your messages is sent to Zhipu AI (Beijing Zhipu Huazhang Technology, in China), which runs the AI model. We send only the message text and the languages - never your name, email, account or location. Messages are first checked by rules on our own server. Zhipu AI handles the text under its own terms; do not write private details in chats.

haru (Korean web page)

As a guest, your haru records are kept only on this phone, in this browser’s storage (IndexedDB): birth date and chart, plans, to-dos, memos, memories, saved recipes, shopping and fridge lists, receipts, counsel and dream conversations. We do not keep them on our server. When you use speech, sorting a sentence into a plan, reading a receipt photo, the daily reading, recipe suggestions or counsel, only what that request needs is sent (for example the sentence, the photo, your birth details or the last few messages; when a spoken sentence is sorted, your current plans, memos and memories go with it so that a spoken change can find them); our server passes it to the service below, answers, and keeps nothing - our logs record only that a request happened and how long it took. Voice is turned into text by your browser, or by Tencent Cloud speech recognition; text and receipt photos are processed by Zhipu AI (China); receipt text is also read by Tencent Cloud. Recordings and photos are deleted right after. Because the records are only on the phone, clearing the browser’s site data or changing phones loses them - use Export my records (one file) and Import, or sign in. Safari on iPhone may clear the storage of a site you have not opened for 7 days. As a guest there are no schedule alerts from our server; they work after sign-in.

If you sign in with Google (optional), your records are kept on our server so they follow you to a new phone, until you ask us to delete them. Google confirms the sign-in; we keep only a code made from your Google account ID and your first name - not your email address. After signing in we ask whether to move the guest records on this phone into your account. Schedule alerts are sent by our server for signed-in people.

Guest records that were kept on our server before this change move to your phone the next time you open haru, and are then deleted on the server. If a guest does not come back within 90 days, those server records are deleted; a deletion backup is kept for 7 days and then removed.

LINGO4 and Bangul

These tools use a random number stored in a cookie on your browser instead of an account. What you type or say to them is sent to our server (speech by Tencent Cloud, text by Zhipu AI) and your practice history is kept there so you find it again. Ask us through the contact page to delete it.

Advertising and cookies

We plan to show ads on some pages (game guides, articles and Local Tips; never inside games, chats or sign-in screens). The ads are served by Google AdSense.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
• You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com). You can also opt out of some other third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info/choices and, in Europe, www.youronlinechoices.eu.
• If you opt out, you will still see ads, but they will not be based on your interests. Non-personalized ads still use cookies for frequency capping and fraud prevention.
• Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland will be asked for consent through Google's consent message before personalized ads are shown, and can change that choice at any time.
• Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Apart from ads, our pages use browser storage only for things you choose (settings, sign-in, progress) and one random-number cookie for the haru, LINGO4 and Bangul tools (haru guest records themselves stay in the browser storage on your phone). We do not use analytics trackers. You can clear cookies and site data in your browser settings at any time.

Server logs

Our servers keep standard logs, including IP addresses, for a few days and at most about a week, to keep the service running and stop abuse.

Linbi and shop links

Linbi is the reward point of the Nestly app. It cannot be bought, sold or cashed out, and ads never give or take Linbi. Links in the Shake & Talk Shop are AliExpress affiliate links: we may earn a commission, and when you are signed in the link carries your Nestly account number so the Linbi reward can be credited to you. On AliExpress, the AliExpress privacy policy applies.

Children

Shake & Talk is for people 18 or older. The games do not ask for personal information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can use everything without signing in. You can sign out at any time, clear your browser storage, and turn off personalized ads as above. To have your records deleted, write to us with the contact page.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only as described above (Google for sign-in and ads, Zhipu AI and Tencent Cloud for text and speech processing, the Nestly ledger for Linbi, AliExpress when you open a link).

Changes

When this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page.
