About What to Eat Today?
Free in your browser - no install, no download.
Open the app ▶

What to Eat Today? asks for your birthday once. From then on it sets the day pillar of each day against your own five-element type and picks one meal that suits you that day. It does not just name a dish: it says in one line why this meal, for example a meal that tops up Water today, and gives a reason next to every ingredient.
Recipes come from twelve cuisines, and the same dish does not come back within a few days. Next to the recipes the app has a screen for spoken notes and plans, one for what is left in your fridge, and one for receipts.
How to use it
- Open the Recipes tab and enter your birthday. If you do not know the hour you were born, choose that option.
- The card for today shows the dish, the reason, and the ingredients, each with the element it brings.
- Change the cuisine if you would like another country's cooking.
- Open the dish for the steps. The app can read them aloud and run a timer.
- When you have cooked it, press Post to the feed under the card. Today's recommendation is copied into the editor; change it, add a photo, and post.

Good to know
- It is free and needs no install. You can use it without signing in; your birthday and notes then stay on this device.
- Your birthday is used only to work out the recommendation. A feed post carries only the letter of your element type, never your birthday or name.
- Recommendations and readings follow traditional five-element theory and are for everyday reference. They are not health or medical advice.
